Do you ship outside the United States?
At this time, Lamarou only ships within the U.S. We’re working on offering international delivery in the future. When it becomes available, we’ll make sure to let our customers know.

We offer flat-rate shipping of $10 on all domestic orders no hidden costs at checkout.

When will I receive my order?

Handling Time: 1 to 2 business days

Shipping Time: 2 to 5 business days

Total Delivery Time: 3 to 7 business days after your order is placed

Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 4:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York) will be processed the next business day.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes if your order hasn’t been shipped yet. Contact us as soon as possible at support@lamarou.us, and we’ll cancel and refund your payment in full.

Why haven’t I received any tracking updates yet?
You may receive tracking updates within 48 hours after shipment. If your tracking still hasn’t changed after that, please contact us at support@lamarou.us, and we’ll check with the carrier for you.

How do I return a product ?
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us at support@lamarou.us. Our support team will provide you with return instructions and a return label. Please ensure that product are unworn, in original condition, and have all tags still attached.

What if I received the wrong or damaged item?
If you received the wrong product arrived damaged, let us know within 14 days of delivery. We’ll either ship a replacement or issue a refund—whichever you prefer.

Are there any restocking fees?
No, we do not charge any restocking fees. Our return process is designed to be straightforward and stress-free. if a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the order.
